excellent cusomer service
4 tellers but yet only 1 person can accept a check for a car payment so youre going to wait a while and there is no way to deposit money online to pay.
Every time I try to pay a bill online via PayPal Luso American Credit Union prevents /blocks it so I guess Ill have to go to Luso on Monday to straighten it out It's extremely frustrating. Now I'm going to be late with a bill and can't straighten it out until Monday because it's Saturday and they're closed and never returned my call. I've been trying to reach someone since 9:50 on Saturday 4/5/25 and no answer or call back when I leave a message. Unbelievable
I feel bad for the the atend the have to lie for customers, telling they are fixing the bank app it's out of order over 6 months it's available only for IPhone if you have android you are not good!!!
I have been banking with Luso American Credit Union for 30 years and I must say, the customer service has seen a decline in recent years. Initially, the customer service was great, but now it seems like they only care about convenience and have forgotten how to treat their loyal customers. When I walk into the bank, there is no greeting or guidance provided. The staff members simply look at me as if they are wondering why I am even there.
