This is the most pathetically managed business I've ever encountered. Officers completey absent most times, manager gone more than present. Workers who refuse to do their jobs when asked by other workers or customers. Maybe it depends on who you are. Absolutely pathetic. I'll never bank here again. If you bank here, at least Marissa, Shawna, and Cassie are great. Problem is that they aren't the only ones who work there. Go elsewhere if you want to experience a bank well managed and customer oriented by all.
Way back in the 80's, my Dad and Grandfather helped build the bank. The crew was from Iowa and they'd generally spend 2-1/2 weeks at a time in Lusk while it was under construction.
The only reason they got 5 stars was because Jenny H. She is the one I go to when I have problems. She's been professional and friendly. She gets any problems fixed or if I don't understand how or what happened she is patient enough to explain.
