I made the mistake of walking in without calling Lisa for an appointment. Suddenly the pricing had changed being broken up into "room fees" and "services offered" based on time and specific "treatments" being offered. Fair enough, But you don't get told about the $50 real estate fees until you have agreed on the price for what you came for. I had a very disappointing experience on July 27, 2025, at 6:30 PM. The therapist on shift at that time showed extremely unprofessional behavior. I had already prepaid $40 for a 30-minute session, but she claimed this was just a "room fee" and insisted I pay more. When I explained I didn’t have extra money, she rudely returned my payment and told me to leave, refusing the service completely.
