Absolute disappointment. The intern didn’t seem confident, and the massage was honestly quite poor. I wasn’t happy with the service at all. To make things worse, I was asked not to report the issue because it might affect the intern, and the receptionist insisted that I pay a $20 tip, saying she isn’t getting paid and even compared it to tipping at a restaurant. I made the mistake of walking in without calling Lisa for an appointment. Suddenly the pricing had changed being broken up into "room fees" and "services offered" based on time and specific "treatments" being offered. Fair enough, But you don't get told about the $50 real estate fees until you have agreed on the price for what you came for. I pointed out to the young lady how she spent the money I gave her,: renting rooms ,eating hamburgers or whatever, was up to her.
