I went into lush looking for the massage bars and Daniella helped me the entire time, she was extremely sweet and made the entire experience great!
I had an amazing experience at the Robson Lush store and spa. From the sales rep who really knew her stuff (and I wish I had grabbed her name for this! Grr) to Kate the massage therapist. This was my 1st massage ever and I was nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and safe and explained everything so well. I can't wait to go again. The Good Hour with Supinder was lovely. I asked for a firm massage and she was very thorough on my trigger points, with each limb. You get a consult before about what you want in their beautiful wait room (massage bar, bath bomb and music). It also includes a cooling product for post-trigger release that helps.
