Amazing experience of the double Synaesthesia for myself and partner. Had the lovely ladies Katie and Lauren who walked us though what was going to happen. Was the best 80 minute massage I’ve ever had. The mood, sound, lighting and smells all worked so beautiful together. I won’t ruin it for someone who is yet to try this treatment but i HIGHLY recommend! I had the amazing opportunity to get The Highlands treatment, which was done by the amazing therapist- Lauren (I hope I am spelling her name right, haha!). Firstly, she explained the procedure and let me choose 3 stones that some to me and then followed with a stone reading. The procedure itself was AMAZING, very relaxing. It took me to a different world! After the lovely full body hot stone massage, I was given a yummy herbal tea and enough of time to relax after, before leaving the spa. My daughter had a “Lush Party” with a few of her friends (she is age 9 years) and she loved it! Staff did a great job from start to finish, helping everyone feel welcome and included, they played great games and were so warm and friendly! My daughter and all her friends loved it! Amazing couples facial. Best I've had
Had a really lovely time visiting the Poole store ! Got so many nice products and all the staff were helpful, especially Kat/Cat I’m not sure which way it is spelt ! She let me and my partner try out the Minecraft bomb and gave us one too and so much helpful info thank you !
