Went in today for the Tailor Made massage experience, I had Lauren for my treatment. Great massage wasn’t sure what to expect, kind of a hybrid between a relaxing and a sports massage. On arrival signed in with the staff in the cosmetics shop who were lovely, I actually arrived early and was seen before my treatment was supposed to start. Popped in Lush while in the area. A lovely building with a very warm welcome from Ross. He had the right balance of being informative and friendly in equal measures. Very attentive and packaged our purchases beautifully and added a sample or two. very refreshing to stumble across such a service.. Thank you

She was professional, calm, and made the whole experience feel truly luxurious—a perfect reset after a stressful week of moving house. I now feel ready to face Monday feeling calm and relaxed.
