Had such a lovely experience at Lush! One of the employees rishma offered us a complimentary scalp and facial treatment and was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. They explained everything so well and made us feel really welcome. Amazing customer service and great products—Super milk is my new go to!
Special shout out to Rashaan, who went above and beyond in entertaining my three daughters with some lush magic. The girls were delighted and over the moon. This allowed my wife and I some decent shopping time within the store. Also great recommendation for body spray for myself from Rashaan too. I use it every day now.

Me & my daughter had a free hand & arm massage by Vera yesterday and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had! Vera was lovely,talked us through everything she was doing & using and was just overall such a lovely person. A credit to her Lush team My daughter also had a not in her arm which she managed to remove!
I've been helped out by Ash twice now, and she's so lovely and patient, to the point where I hope I see her when I go into the store now because she's so nice, but honestly all the staff have been brilliant, so no surprises there. Everyone is delightful, and the store is always well stocked. Thank you, Ash! <3
