It was wonderful having The Highlands massage today with Cal. They were very welcoming and professional and explained everything about the massage and what to expect. I really enjoyed the stone reading at the start and it added an extra dimension to the treatment that is quintessential Lush. The massage itself was truly relaxing and restoring. Noor is an absolute angel! She helped my friend and I with every question we had, and spent time with us to ensure we got the best product possible. She used her expertise to help guide us towards products that would be the most efficient for our desired outcome. She was so polite and took genuine interest in our experience and questions.
