Jess was incredibly nice and helped us so much!! She was able to give us very precise information on which hair products would be best for us and what the ingredients would do. She gave us a couple of testers an my hair smells and looks amazing :) Thanks Jess <3
Absolutely the worst shop experience ever yesterday afternoon. I got the new girl surgically attached to me and my partner I had to firmly tell her that : I DONT NEED HELP I AM ENJOYING MY BROWSING. Even the guy that was clearly training her tried to distract her but nothing . Anything i was touching or looking at had to be explained to me . Is a soap darling: I know how to use it . This pushy policy is ridiculous: keep harassing and people will get rude or just leave . Intense , uncomfortable, exhausting 10 minutes . Thanks... read more

Oh my goodness, Kris is freaking magical. From his comforting presence, to his excellent communication before- during- after treatment… I just can’t say enough good things. I feel so renewed and refreshed after my Comforter treatment, just wow. The heat elements during the treatment were just FABULOUS!!!!! 10/10 recommend! And the wee drink after??? DELIGHTFUL!
