Kathy and Ethan were amazing, so easy to chat to and explained everything to me, they went above and beyond and have made me sure that Lush is the place to be with this customer service.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!! 💕 I had such an amazing shopping experience thanks to them. If I weren’t only visiting for a short time, I’d definitely come back to this Lush again!
Just wanted to say we had such a positive visit last Thursday (7th aug, 14:30ish). I can’t remember the persons name but they were at the till they had a lovely chat with my 13 year old autistic child about scp, their badges, etc. My child was so happy when we left, such a lovely person! We always have a positive experience but this one really stood out for us, thank you so much for making their day

I had an amazing time at the spa. My friend and I got the good hour experience and it was amazing! Alix gave me my treatment and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! Will be coming back asap!
