Went in last Friday with my better half (Bec) and she was looking for products to help with her hair and as well some bath bombs for our little one. In stepped the amazing Mia who helped pick products best suited for our little to enjoy their bath time more and for Becs hair. We visited the Cardiff store today and we were looked after by Shu, who helped my daughter choose her skin care range, and also gave us a tour of the spa. She was super helpful and we will definitely be booking a spa treatment soon - the spa space was amazing!
I had the fresh facial with Jay this morning and it was divine. Absolute sweetheart, so kind and attentive, very knowledgeable and superb treatment. The products smell amazing. I loved it, definitely be back
