Had the most amazing and friendly assistant at bath spa. Ed was truly brilliant and led t the store feeling that we had a great experience.
Ed and Immie gave a wonderful mini facial to each of my three daughters. They were incredibly kind, patient and generous with their time and attention. They were a credit to the store and the company. We will definitely be back to purchase the products that were used!
I popped into the Lush store in Bath to treat my daughter to a bath bomb and we had such a lovely experience thanks to the amazing team :) Ed greeted us and was beyond helpful. He was really engaging with my daughter and showed her lots of different products and let her get involved in testing them out. Thank you :)
