Ed was absolutely wonderful and gave myself and my boyfriend a wonderful shopping experience. We bought some incredible Halloween goodies and watermelon soap. Ed was friendly and so lovely, and made our day that much brighter. We will definitely be back when in Bath.

Everyone at this place was absolutely lovely, especially Lorchan/Lorcan, who was just the epitome of quality customer service! He gave us a warm welcome and kept us informed and considering I had come from Scotland, I would say this place is worth a visit! P.S. give him a raise
Whilst the lush stores definitely aren't, I think the lush spa is a bit of a hidden gem and a great place for more interesting spa treatments which blend different therapy techniques and each have a special soundtrack. Most recently I had The Spell with Will which was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The music was interesting and soothing, setting the scene as you unwind. Will was a skilled massage therapist and was very knowledgeable about both the treatments and products.
Excellent.- Edd was excellent and very interactive with the children - really recommend him. So kind and my girls loved it.
