One star – can you believe it? Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with Lush as a brand — we absolutely love Lush. Me and my daughter go once a week. Are we rich? Absolutely not. It's a treat we plan for and budget around every month. For us, it’s not just about the products — it’s the experience. But the Bath store. What an awful experience.
