I came into lush today and a lovely worker called Lois served me! I was looking at the perfumes and she recommended one I haven’t tried before that smelt lush (haha had to!) I’m so happy with my purchase and the customer service was incredible! Thank you Lois!

Beautiful careful lovely looked after girl served us it was so lovely to see and figure out what was ok for eczema and what was not, she was helpful and kind I had the best experience that I have ever had at lush xx 🥰
We visited the Canterbury store the evening the Christmas lights were being switched on. We were served by tho most helpful kind lady named Negarin. She was brilliant with my son and answered his many questions even tho it was busy! Nothing was too much bother and she even let him choose a bath bomb to put in water in store. She really made his evening.
