Had a disappointing experience and massage. Staff at the front desk were unfriendly and talking loudly about their evening plans. The massage was not a full hour (a friend also had a massage there and noted the same, the massage was not a full hour). The masseuse had zero communication, she did not check if the pressure was okay. In some parts, there was too much pressure and in some, barely any pressure. A very underwhelming experience.
Would prefer dimly lit room and be laid down under a blanket which makes me feel more relaxed than sat up in chair in full lit room Technique is very different than when I trained as a reflexologist
Hi, my beauty therapist is Dakota, she is fantastic. I'm given a wonderful facial each time I visit. She knows what to use on my face, so her skills and knowledge is outstanding. As you can tell I'm super happy with her
Absolutely love Lush and the the whole team of ladies that work there always welcoming and always offered a cuppa and a chat highly recommend Lush to anyone
