Not impressed with my "ultimate spa manicure". The surface of my nails is bumpy and uneven, with multiple imperfections in the finish. When I mentioned the bumpy appearance to the technician, she told me it was because of my previous manicure. Cuticles were not addressed. This manicure looks like I did it myself. I will be visiting a different spa this weekend to have my nails redone. Update: Spa owner has reached out to me and offered to fix my manicure. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Crystal did a lovely job.
