I’ve had a disappointing experience with Lupa Bianco because of repeated staff mismanagement. One staff member books an appointment, but the others seem unaware of it. This has happened more than once, and it creates a lot of confusion. They also committed to specific dates, only to contact me on the day of the appointment with excuses to reschedule. Callum was professional throughout the process, from choosing the suit to showing me the countless options (such as buttons, lining etc). Dealt with Jeffrey and Lilly, they were lovely to deal with and extremely patient with us. Really enjoyed their attitude and personalities. Overall created a straight forward and fun experience picking out 5 suits for the Groom and Groomsmen.
