Kristen is a wonderful, LGBTQ-inclusive acupuncturist. As a transgender man in the mountains, I was so relieved to find a trans-friendly acupuncturist during my pregnancy, and as a skeptic, I was surprised at how effective her cupping and pins were at reducing my nausea and back pain, and at how well she even completely eliminated my 3rd trimester insomnia. I highly recommend giving her practice a try! And whoever you are, you are safe in her hands.

I cannot recommend Lupins & acupuncture enough. I started acupuncture at 5 weeks pregnant & continued to see Dr. Kristen Oswald my entire pregnancy. She’s magic & her practice is magic too. Between morning sickness, insomnia, emotional distress, nightmares & more, she was treating it all! I felt so cared for & nurtured during my time with her. I’ve been seeing Dr. Oswald for a little over a year now. I originally went in for postpartum anxiety and other nervous system issues. She has also helped me tremendously with back pain and old injuries. She has been detrimental to my healing and I am so thankful for her and her knowledge! I wish everyone understood the benefits of Accupuncture and how staying consistent with treatments can totally change your life!
