We did everything virtually loved her customer service
$758.00 I owe the irs because I trusted this company and also referred my parents to. After not receiving my tax return I thought something was suspicious so I waited it out turns out a error was made on my file and I owe instead of receiving. A amended return was issued but I still owe because the “irs is right” and human error will not be overlooked. Buyer beware. All I got was a “sorry my mistake” it’s now 8/12/2023 and I have until October to pay back.
