I had a wonderful experience using Anthony Luparello. From the very beginning I called him about a flood and within 1 hour I had a whole team of restoration people at my house getting rid of the water. From then on Anthony dealt with my insurance company directly and took care of it all. We got back in our house within 5 weeks which was amazing!! I would highly recommend Anthony and his office. My building management called me in the morning about a leak coming from my apartment. Not the best way to start the day. Turns out my guest toilet spontaneously cracked overnight. I was panicking pretty hard since the living room floors were flooded. Even my shoes suffered the watery war path. Pretty much blanked out on how to handle the claims in that moment.
