Excellent Gym & Amazing Staff! The YMCA Gym in Bridgewater is an excellent place to work out. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is great. The equipment is exceptional, well-maintained, and there is a good variety for different types of workouts. The facility is clean and comfortable, making it easy to stay motivated and consistent. A special thanks to the staff for creating such a positive environment. Highly recommended!
A good weight room for training and a good selection of cardio machines. Friendly people and staff. A wide variety of classes are offered. There are dry saunas in both changing rooms. Very competitive rates
Kind and helpful staff! Great little spot for a solid workout. Showers, sauna and locker room are clean!
