Insurance Works is a family owned and operated insurance broker. Every time Ive dealt with them, its been a positive experience. I called in today for a question on my policy. BJ, one of the owners, picked up the phone and took 10 minutes of his time answering my question. He wasnt short with me at all, and gave me several examples of other cases such as my own to make the point clear to me. i telephoned for a qoute on a car that i was buying, a prerecorded voice answered directing me which button to push for certain topics, i selected the new business one, a perso by the name of bj answered and politely asked me to hold on, and i was on hold for 5 minutes, before another recording came on to leave a detailed message... i just hung up they could of said that right away instead of putting me through a series of instructions, then to just leave a message, made me feel i was wasting my time.
