This year I received a letter from the IRS saying that I did not send my 2020 taxes and I owe them $8000. Obviously I spoke with Lunas taxes to complain about this HUGE MISTAKE they made and obviously Luisa was rude and aggressive and now I have no choice but to pay this amount because of their mistake.
Have dont my taxes with them twice now and both times i dont get any refund. Seems off since before coming here i would always gets a close to 1,000$ refund. There stealing your money. Do not use them to file taxes. I will never return
