I regretfully hired Luna Law for a child custody case in 2026. In my opinion, Luna Law's service was extremely poor and I would never hire them again. They were disorganized (missed multiple deadlines), unprofessional (answered private calls during client meetings), unreliable ("we will get back to you", but no follow-up), lacked strategic direction (they operated reactively, rather than strategically), and they failed to identify a simple but critical legal trap which was set by the other party. Awful. Unresponsive. Slow. Doesn’t represent when needed. Files motions late and last minute, and sometime not at all. Files motions poorly without letting client review beforehand. Misrepresents to other counsel and court figures. Timid. Unhelpful. Very expensed. I would not recommend Jed to any father needing an empathetic and assertive attorney. Waste of tons of time and money, with absolutely no benefit or relief. Zero stars if that was an option.
James E. Siegesmund charged a full consultation fee of $375 when he KNEW he was not competent in the area of law requested. He admitted his law clerk should have screened the case out, but did not offer a refund or refer my family to an appropriate lawyer. Would not recommend
Harry Green at Luna Law represented me during a custody matter. He fought for my best interests and handled everything professionally. He also kept me informed through the whole process. I am grateful for his help, and I plan on using Luna Law again if the need arises.
