Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will NEVER order from them again. I'm still waiting on a replacement part from an order from 4 months ago. Customer service doesn't actually answer the phone - I sat on hold over 10 minutes every time I tried. Then they don't respond to emails EVER. I ordered 3 stair way lights on May 15th and was told that the lights would be here no later than today May 21st. I have never got a confirmation. I called as I had not gotten the confirmation and was told the email address that was taken down was wrong and that they would fix it. Tuesday no confirmation call again and again. Still no confirm. Whatever you do, please do not order anything from this company. When I attempted to return and item I purchased, they gave me a complete runaround and finally allowed the item to be returned after three weeks. Then, they charged me 25% handling fee, and over a month later, I still do not have my refund. Now, I must try to recover my money through visa/mastercard. Please do yourself a favor, order from someone else, these people are very unethical.
