I had such an amazing experience at Luna Spa. I booked a prenatal massage and a regular massage for my mom and we had an amazing time. The staff was so sweet and friendly, when they found out that it was my last weekend before becoming a mom they made every effort to check on us l, ensure we were relaxed, and they even gave me and my baby a small gift before departure. The masseuse even focused on pressure points to help me go into labor and I felt so relaxed. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be returning!
Incredible experience - luxury, tranquility, attention to detail, all of the above!! Used the cold plunge & sat outside in the zen garden. The robes are SO SOFT and the space is filled with calming music & water fountains. Marwa was FABULOUS with my facial, taking care to help my rosacea & also treated me to neck/arm/feet massages. She’s so sweet and really knowledgeable about skincare!! Every staff member was polite, inquisitive & made me feel like a priority! Cannot recommend enough
What a beautiful place! Got a massage today by Alicia she was amazing I’ve had a lot of Massages in other resorts, she did a Great job, we will be coming back!
I had a truly wonderful massage with Uli this past Wednesday. I have severe back issues and I must say I was pain free for two days after my massage! Uli is very knowledgeable and has honed her craft for 30 years. I highly recommend her. I also want to thank the staff at Luna Spa. They were very helpful and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my visit!
The Luna spa was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was kind. I chose to do the fire and ice massage while there, and it was simply okay. There were very few “fire and ice” elements during the massage. I was a little disappointed with the service I chose, especially for price. In addition, my friend received the prenatal massage. She’s six months pregnant, and she had to lay on her side with no pillow/cushion. (Typically there is usually a body pillow or you are sitting up).
