Incredible experience - luxury, tranquility, attention to detail, all of the above!! Used the cold plunge & sat outside in the zen garden. The robes are SO SOFT and the space is filled with calming music & water fountains. Marwa was FABULOUS with my facial, taking care to help my rosacea & also treated me to neck/arm/feet massages. She’s so sweet and really knowledgeable about skincare!! Every staff member was polite, inquisitive & made me feel like a priority! Cannot recommend enough
What a beautiful place! Got a massage today by Alicia she was amazing I’ve had a lot of Massages in other resorts, she did a Great job, we will be coming back!
I had a truly wonderful massage with Uli this past Wednesday. I have severe back issues and I must say I was pain free for two days after my massage! Uli is very knowledgeable and has honed her craft for 30 years. I highly recommend her. I also want to thank the staff at Luna Spa. They were very helpful and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my visit!
The Luna spa was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was kind. I chose to do the fire and ice massage while there, and it was simply okay. There were very few “fire and ice” elements during the massage. I was a little disappointed with the service I chose, especially for price. In addition, my friend received the prenatal massage. She’s six months pregnant, and she had to lay on her side with no pillow/cushion. (Typically there is usually a body pillow or you are sitting up). We visited the Luna Spa this week and it was exceptional services! Amanda gave me a 50 minute facial that was unbelievable. Explained what she was doing and it was so relaxing and so beneficial for my skin. The honey foot mask and heated booties was amazing as well! My sister had the body scrub and she came out of her treatment room and just couldn't say enough about Amanda. Her skin felt amazing and so smooth! The amenities were great, pool, cold plunge, hot tub, steam room and relaxation room enjoyed the total experience.
