Very unfortunate to say im highly disappointed in the services provided to my mother. Sheyla has ghosted her for a very long time and wasn't been able to give her a response in regards to her tax returns. Completely deflects her by telling her to call IRS, yet the information she provided on returns is completely inaccurate. Refuses to help my mother further and just washed her hands on this case.
