We absolutely love using Luna Negra Transportation! When we first used them, they met us near the baggage claim at MCO, helped us with our bags, and led us to the SUV that was waiting. Since we've used them for the past few years, they now monitor our flights and meet us on the lower level. They are always on time, very professional, and always help us with our luggage. Andrea was beyond exceptional. The service provided was top notch. She is very friendly and professional and kept us updated from the time we booked until we were dropped off at the airport. I would highly recommend Luna Negra Transportation Service to anyone looking for transport to and from the pier. Great customer service. They text you to keep you updated about their arrival and vehicle information. Edgar was our driver to hotel and he was great. We had Andrea, the owner of Luna Negra, as our driver from ship to airport. She is extremely friendly and very professional. Thank you Edgar and Andrea for a wonderful full experience.
