Came here whilst on holiday. Booked online, the process was seamless. Had a 60min remedial massage with Chaya. Her pressure was great and it was very relaxing. Would definitely come back.
I haven't had a massage for almost 10 years. This experience in Luna is very good. Nancy asked me about all the details and provided a good massage for what I needed and expected. When I got an issue with my insurance claims afterwards, the administration replied to my email and took action quickly. I'll definitely choose Luna to have my next massage.

Paid for full body scrub and massage, only got full body massage and foot scrub with no refund because they didn't have time, even after I asked. Asked to book myself and a friend into go together after taking the first payment, which they won't refund told us they can no longer get us in together the appointments will be an hour apart. Massage was nice, but I would have liked getting what I paid and booked for or at least a refund for services I didn't receive. Tried talking to them about it was just too bad for me
