They have the best bike parts in the US. All of their stuff is quality. If you have any questions about an ebikes build they can answer them.
Needed a chain repair or replacement. Called on a Monday and they said the earliest they could fix it was by 5 pm on Friday - never heard of such a long wait for such a simple thing. Also asked them about adjusting my front derailleur and they said they would have to charge me $50 for a full tune up. These guys are terrible, they are preying on people that count on them since they are the only shop in town. Took my bike to a bike shop in Hickory, it took one hour for them to fix my chain, adjust the derailleur and it cost me... read more
