It says they are closed at 2:30 pm their time not 7pm AND their sign says it’s open. Not to mention that their answering machine picked up before the phone rang once. considering I was looking to go there it leaves a bad impression on me.
Mary is truly at master at her craft! Its clear she's very knowledgeable and practiced, she seems to intuitively understand exactly where and how to gently manipulate muscles/tendons/joints so that they soften and release tension or create space. BEST massage ever.
I have had many massages in my 42 years, due to back/neck/shoulder pain, tmd, and migraines. I didn’t know much about Craniosacral therapy until recently, and I always thought the more painful a massage, the more therapeutic. Mary is well trained in many types of massage, but I was primarily looking for someone with the Craniosacral experience for my migraines and jaw/neck muscles that were holding YEARS of unresolved tension no massage has really touched before.
