You would think the clerk of courts Rita Harkins would know what the first amendment is and not try to violate a citizens rights to film there public officials in the course of there duties. She should also know that is the people's building she works in not owns.She is very rude and condescending and should be ashamed of her behavior towards a member of the public. How does an immigrant have to learn the constitution for citizenship but a clerk of courts has NO CLUE!!!! SMH!!!
