Really enjoy how quiet this location is.
My favorite zen place!
Love this place! The atmosphere is great.Very relaxing and healing. I would go every day if I could. I feel so much better after a contrast gives me so much energy. The staff are very friendly professional and helpful.
I’ve been to several infrared saunas in NYC, Lumos in Greece, NY is far better than any them. It’s beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and has all the features you would want in an infrared sauna- red light therapy, chromotherapy, safe box for your smart phone, and the ability to connect your phone to your own speaker system inside of the sauna.They even offer a cold herbal wet towel. I’ve been coming here since they opened. New location (same plaza) is great more space and the red light therapy is my favorite upgrade
