Lummus used to be a great place to work, but that is no longer the case. The company is top heavy, and has numerous "VP" and "C" positions that do nothing but delegate, and have to hire people under them to fulfill what should be their responsibilities. I had exemplary performance reviews year after year and I never got a raise. I went above and beyond my responsibilities every day I worked here, and was never rewarded for it. Stay away at all costs!
