they’ve charged me service charges TWICE now for NOTHING - sent me a letter telling me my American account was ZERO balance when it wasn’t - telling me I need to pay an annual DUES - I never paid an annual anything no service charges unless I used my overdraft you pay interest - I use to get notifications they don’t do that / I never agreed to any annual DUES
