I had a wonderful experience with Luminous and Grounded’s “Permission to Exhale” retreat! It was exactly what I needed. From the thoughtfully curated wellness modalities and beautiful location to the nourishing meals and incredible group of women, every aspect of the retreat was truly special. I left feeling loved, inspired, and replenished. I’m so grateful for this experience!
Just attended my first ever L&G “Permission to Exhale” retreat and it exceeded my expectations! I left it feeling more calm and energized than I have in the past several years. Highly recommend giving Rachel’s services a try. You’ll be amazed at how your body responds to it, in both noticeable and subtle ways.
Rachel is an exceptional therapist who is focused and talented in her abilities to help people heal in whichever area of the body-mind-spirit that need it. She has a range of therapies she uses (see the website), and I’ve found all of the ones she’s used to help me have been very effective. I’m delighted she is here in NOVA, and recommend her to anyone needing clearing, cleansing or both. She also runs women’s retreats which are exceptional and restorative.

Rachel is a lovely Soul, and her practice is a matrix cheat code. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Please give yourself the gift of her liberating and empowering care.
