I’ve been to a lot of the Luminis Health Physical Therapy locations. I don’t have much to comment in regard to them. But the Jennifer Square has a great/friendly staff up front. And Alyssa Fenn (Outpatient PT Clinical Manager) has only seen the individual I caretake for on one occasion; today would be the second time. I noticed a major improvement in him from simply doing his home work outs, as she recommended. And they now use a nifty app as well. HIGHLY recommend ERWIN CERESO, PTA in Luminis Jennifer Square location. Expertise, kindness & focus on improving my mobility after TKR, he successfully brought me to continue my own home exercise therapy after recent several weeks of PT under his care. A BIG thank you to Erwin.
My experience with this provider was terrible. No one in the office talks to each other. You cannot get a direct phone# to the office in Annapolis. Nicole told me that I may get a callback by Courtney today. I told Nicole that this matter is urgent and her reply was not acceptable to me or the patient. Please bring this to the office manager, Eliza Finn and please get back to me as soon as possible
