I am sharing this experience to warn others. I was not a client of this firm, yet a retainer agreement was submitted in my name and my credit card was charged for legal fees without my authorization. I did not sign any documents, I did not approve any payment, and still the transaction was processed. This allowed a third party to use my credit card and submit documents in my name.
