Aubrey is absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable, not just with acupuncture. Before the session even starts we talk about my goals, stressors and everyday life. She’s never steered me in the wrong direction when it’s come to the foods I need to eat and techniques I need to do outside of acupuncture to calm myself. The atmosphere is so tranquil and soothing I fall asleep 95% of the time. I truly believe if you look up acupuncture and find her you’re seriously blessed. Aubrey is compassionate about her job. She works with every patient to figure out a plan of relief whether pain, anxiety or many other ailments. Aubrey has helped me with my chronic pain. Her plan used cupping and acupuncture. My job is very physical (and emotional stress) which doesn't help my pain. Professional and caring, Aubrey is the best!! I see Aubrey for cupping and acupuncture for back pain. She really takes her time to find the problem areas and work her magic! It still amazes me how relaxed I feel after a session!! Go book an appointment with her, 10/10 recommend!!!

Aubrey is more than an excellent acupuncturist. She truly cares for her patients. She took time to listen and help me, body and mind. Every treatment she has given me has made an incredible difference in my health and well-being. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I have.
