Lume has wonderful treatments, performed by thoughtful and highly skilled staff. The team at Lume have looked after my family and friends since they opened their doors, and it has always felt like a sanctuary.
I made payment a week ago now and Australia post is still showing as pending, I emailed Lume but got no reply. Not overly happy
Upon arrival the door was closed with a note saying back at 2.50pm (which was my app time). It's nice to go in early and enjoy a moment prior to treatment, I had to wait for the door to be opened. The space is very beautiful however the service was lacking. My therapist never introduced herself. It was the best facial i’ve ever had! It was more than relaxing, Marine was super friendly, gave me helpful tips how to do it at home, and did a wonderful job! I looked so much fresher after the retreat. I will be back soon, THANKS so much!!
