I enjoyed coming here up until I had to make a return after getting a defective item. The staff member immediately seemed annoyed. I was offered a replacement which I accepted. When I experienced the same issue, I called and spoke with another member of their staff. He insisted it was my own fault that the product didn’t work a 2nd time and refused refund.
