great staff, go above and beyond We got great severals on several visits in the seattle location. They didnt have all the flooring in stock there so we went to another location which was great too, the guys loaded all the flooring in my SUV. It is a good deal, compared to home depot, but if you will have them also install it the price is around the same. Great service and low price.
bellawood We installed lumber liquidators, bellawood bolivian rosewood over a concrete floor using lumber liquidators instructions and products, in 2 mos. the floor buckled and warped badly, they not only would not stand behind it, they denied telling us we could install it over concrete, i called back and have them on tape telling us we could over concrete using their products,unfortunately, we can not use that tape in court, we ended up removing the wood, having a $8000.00 fire to dispose of it and installed Anderson pre f... read more
Lumber Liquidators Not Customer Friendly I tried bringing back some sealed and unused boxes just barely beyond the thirty limit. All I wanted was a store credit. No! Rudely No! I had spent 5K and they would not exchange. What lousy customer care>
Horrible Service I placed an order for material that was supposed to have been 'in stock'. I followed up 4 business days after placing the order to see if it was ready to be picked up. I was told by the store that it was being delivered to their store on Saturday. So I checked back that following Monday and was told that the incorrect material had been shipped and my material wasn't going to be there at the store for another 2 weeks! Dont buy it!!! Consumer Beware! I purchased my laminate flooring from them over a year ago, initially it was stunning. However, it is not durable at all. The laminate scratches easily and is not resistant to moisture at all! Dont make the same mistake I did! Also, customer service was extremely poor!
DONT BUY FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS Customer service is non-existent. No callbacks. Terms and conditions are not disclosed during time of order. I haven't yet received the product, but other reviews show serious concerns about quality of materials
Well worth the money If you're considering a do-it-yourself job, hit up Lumber Liquidators. This place is really killer for finding some seriously tough hardwood flooring. It will be much higher quality than what you'll find at your run-of-the-mill big-name home stores, and less expensive than ordering from a specialist. Great quality and pricing When we moved into our house and wanted all wood floor we looked all over. Then we found this place and nobody could beat their prices. Here you get them wholesale and then you do have to find someone to install them. But they have a whole list of contractors they work with. Highly recommend this place. Or at least go here and compare prices.
Check out this place When we moved into our house, the folks who had remodeled it put in hardwood floors purchased from this store. (We knew this as they had some boards left over and the box was in the basement.) We decided to extend the hardwood into the kitchen so we called the co. and asked if they still had our flooring. They had it in the same color but it was a higher grade wood thus more expensive. However, they sold it to us for the lower price of the wood we already had.
