I’ve bought materials from Ryan many times, for last 10 years. Very prompt, prices are very good.
Lumber Farm is very good for the low income people of Modesto or any where prices are good for your budget.
I asked him to complete a project and he got it done in record time. I asked around from Home Depot and lowes to complete the same task, none of them answered or helped but the owner helped with great attitude and great customer service. Highly recommend if you need a project done asap!
