Sad to see it go
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Called ahead to ensure operating hours and selection on display. Within seconds of walking in and sounding door chime, the one employee working turned the lights off, back on again within a minute or so, and then walked into the back room. It was just odd? I assumed he had other things to do, so I wandered around the store, looking at sofas, waiting for him to return to ask a few questions. As an interior design professional (now retired) I have always used Lumature for furniture and lighting whenever I had a client who had modern taste and the budget for top quality custom Italian furnishings. For more than 20 years my clients and I have enjoyed working with the professional staff who guided us through the ordering process - 3 to 4 months - and were excited to receive our wonderful furniture. I would highly recommend Lumature - as good as it gets!
Beautiful modern furniture and lighting, custom made in Italy. The design and quality is perfect. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
Rude service! Never seen anything like it in my life... Tried to buy a light today for $3,100 but guy was so rude and wouldn’t let us buy it... literally! Bought Artemide at Louie Lighting online... after that experience. They missed out not only on the light but also the furniture we were looking to buy! Wouldn’t go back there!
