避雷！不要找他家特别是关于移民类，对于ALBERT Lum 律师在案件中的表现的不专业程度极其震惊，在前期两次他的办公室讨论案情过程中每次都睡着，谈话中在我面前睡觉，这两次我都选择忍耐包容，最接受不了的是最后在移民局面试当天！！在面谈过程中当着移民官和我的面全程！睡觉！！约共三个小时。那个助理Jenny更是粗鲁巧颜令色，问她什么都不会好好说话，一直是吵架的态度，如果客人什么都知道要你们干什么？中间还要加费用！很多细节做的都很差劲，比如每次约好的时间我都要到那等一个小时左右等等，甚至对于客人的隐私一点都没有保护，把别人的资料错发给我！事后要求赔款合同中关于面谈的一部分费用，律师楼方面不同意按照合同中的部分金额退款，ALBERT Lum 事后表示抱歉，可抱歉有什么用？并且助理Jenny 全程咄咄逼人，甚至没有一点抱歉的态度，事后与别的律师或相关行业的工作人员说起来都觉得这样的事和律师让人觉得不可思议。一个并不是专业做移民的律师楼在开始和我说自己做移民的经验有多丰富，纯属欺诈！！我会在各个平台发布我这段不好的经历，希望这样错误不会再发生。
