If I could give zero stars I would. Not helpful in getting a refund on Groupon whatsoever. And Groupon Asks way too many questions. The groupon was a gift for my sister and she recently moved. Don't purchase groupons from her!
Same review as another client, unfortunately just saw hers too late for it to help me. Thankful Groupon was willing to refund my money though. I am also really saddened by this because I did use Groupon about a year or so ago with Lulu and had a massage. When I did this the second time, she said she had no record of me and doesnt care that she uses Groupon to reserve her tip, but then you still pay full price for massage. I reported her to Groupon and hopes she gets a better attitude, cause she was also rude and very differe... read more
