I ordered a men's shirt on line and picked it up in the store. The shirt was rolled up in a wrinkled ball in the bag. I could not give it as a gift as planned looking like a wrinkled mess.
The manager was rude, I won’t be going back. I went to buy some new shirts, they open at 10 but that day there was a sign saying “closed until 11”, so I waited 30 minutes until they opened at 11. A week ago I stopped by to pick up some new leggings, I was welcomed in by Jessica with a friendly smile. Checkout experience was terrible - Went with my niece and her friend to spend gift card money, my niece got fanny pack.
