I’m writing to share about the horrible customer service experience I had at the Ross Park Mall location this morning. I’ve always valued Lululemon‘s quality and high-end customer service for being a high-end brand. As someone who works in a high-end store in retail, I understand that sometimes we aren’t able to give our customers exactly what they’re looking for especially in regards to warranty.
