The one male employee I encountered was extremely rude. I was asking about a return because I was unaware of the return policy. All he had to do was tell me “it is a 30 day window” and he just kept beating around the bush. He was so rude about it. Then he looked me up and down. It was very strange.
Excellent staff and awesome customer service at Ross Park location.
I had a wonderful experience at this location! there was a mixup with an online order & the store manager (Kerri) was extremely helpful! I will be using this location as my main store to purchase all items going forward! the staff was extremely helpful as well!
Anastasia was so helpful! She offered great comparable items to some of my favorites and was very friendly.
The women at the check out, wears framed glasses is not trying to help at all, not happy we bought stuff?
