I placed an order and when the order came in one of the items had a security tag on it so I immediately contacted customer service via chat I ask them to send out a replacement item immediately and send me a return label and I would return the item. It took about 30 minutes via chat. They sent a return label and the item was returned. However, I never received a replacement so I contacted them again.
