Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Walked in, no one spoke…three employees just hanging at the front but none spoke and I’m not sure why. Even walked to the back to check for an item and the fitting rooms attendant was just on her phone - didn’t look up beyond a glance and still didn’t speak. Customer service has went WAY down hill since my days in retail.
I have always gone to this Lululemon location in the Mosaic shopping center for 7 years now. It's not as it used to be. Cashiers are rude and unfriendly. I have to come back to return the item because they forgot to remove the security tag. It's not my fault if someone is doing their job right. I don't have to deal with the rude cashier. The cashier's duty on 7/5/25 at 2:15 pm. Be nice and if you don't like your job Quit! They can put more people in who deserve the job.
