Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

While exchanging a gift we had received from a family member, the store clerk applied a discount code to the return and couldn’t unlink the discount to honor a full price refund. So we had to pay for the difference of the exchanged item. It was her failure and she apologized for not having a solution to the problem. Not sure if it’s corporate policy or just an untrained employee. But buyers beware.
I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to this location to pick up an online order. It was a water bottle. I received the pick up order and the Bottle was scratched and dinged It also was extremely dirty. I ended up having to send it back via fed ex. I had gotten too far on my drive to go back.

The bald guy’s customer service is awful. Hope you don’t expect to be helped if your $200 leggings have a tear from poor product quality. I understand you couldn’t help me, fine. But the attitude was not needed.
