Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

While exchanging a gift we had received from a family remember, the store clerk applied a discount code to the return and couldn’t unlink the discount to honor a full price refund. So we had to pay for the difference of the exchanged item. It was her failure and she apologized for not having a solution to the problem. Not sure if it’s corporate policy or just an untrained employee. But buyers beware.
The bald guy’s customer service is awful. Hope you don’t expect to be helped if your $200 leggings have a tear from poor product quality. I understand you couldn’t help me, fine. But the attitude was not needed.
Be sure you know what you want. Returning anything to this store and getting a refund in your account is non-existent. I am currently sitting at 24 days since my return (mind you, I returned the item in-store 5-minutes after purchase) and I now have my bank working on this in tandem with my efforts with Lululemon because I have no answer and no assistance that’s meaningful (just a lot of waiting and waiting to email someone else and someone else). I came in on a Saturday it was busy! I was looking for a specific type of pants and Jeremy helped me right away. He was so helpful and ordered exactly what I needed right there in the store from his phone ! I didn’t even have to stand in line. He was friendly, kind and personable!!
Nice location and staff. My daughter loves their hoodies and tights. Expensive as always but the quality is still worth it!
