Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The attitude of one cashiers was terrible. She must have had customer service training because when she was not friendly and she spoke to me very rudely. I have visited many shops of this brand and the majority of people usually are good and friendly. Everything I thought about Lululemon was positive but I can't believe they hire despotic people. I won’t buy there again.
I wanted to buy 2 gift cards. And cashier refused to take Apple Pay, I could have used a physical card but because her attitude was bad so I didn’t. I asked for a manager and she said manager is off today. I said I’ll call her tomorrow and she said she’s on vacation. I went to their Marysville branch and bought those gift cards with my Apple Pay with no problem.
Bought 2 define jackets last year and the zipper started to have problems recently and have thinning in the pockets. Came to the store to ask about repair, was told “just live with it, no solution”. Super rude staff.
Walked in store not even one staff said hi. I went to grab and sweater an older lady just stand there look at me like I can’t afford to buy or sth. Anyways it was horrible experience. Never go back . By the way I think you should Dress up certain way to be rich or sth else they can pay attention to you ?
Extremely poor experience at this store! The staff is condescending. I went in to return an item I had purchased online & she looked borderline irritated that she had to handle my return. The store was empty. She not only had the worst attitude but could not answer a simple question I asked. Will never return. Lululemon needs to pay extra attention to this store and the staff they employ here as they need a lesson in customer service & management!!
