Great store with great product.
The service is TERRIBLE - the blonde manager with tattoos straight up told me she doesn’t feel giving me her name and called me a TERRORIST, I’m Hispanic but was wearing a turban this is ridiculous I need this fixed ASAP
Extremely disappointed at the customer service at this store. I went to go buy a quick little gift. I was at the register and the cashier wouldn’t acknowledge me. After she finished with her last customer .We stared at her for at least 20 seconds until I asked if she was open. She didn’t ask about how I was doing just rude the entire time avoiding contact. Terrible customer service! Manager offer no help!! ordered an item online and was trying to return it to this store. The item ordered was sent used and still have sensor in it and no tag. I wanted to return the item and refund the money back on my card but the manager said they can only issue store credit. Why can't I get my money back on my original form of payment on an item I am not satisfied with? I found it really odd too that the manager doesn't even want to give her first name so that I know who I am talking to.
