Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

Came in to use a few gift cards and was on a tight schedule. Girl at the front told me I had to wait in line and there was maybe 15 people inside. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store. This store sucks, often!
RecommendedMy husband and I had a wonderful experience at lulu this weekend. As a mother of a toddler and a newborn, it can be challenging getting stuff done. They can be a handful (esp the toddler)! 😉 The Store was so gracious when I had to feed the baby and helped entertain my toddler. My husband asked “did you know the employees in there bc everyone knew our sons name!” Thank you for accommodating our family needs. Can’t wait to come in again!
Went to get my pants hemmed and staff was very timely polite and friendly!
Love Lululemon but customer service at this particular location is terrible! Staff there are unfriendly, pretentious and wouldn’t ask you if you need anything or have any questions. I’ve been to this location a few times just to see if my first terrible shopping experience there was just a one-off, but customer service is unchanged. I’m very disappointed in how this store operates. Clients are everything to a business; I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location.
